Newlands Hall is a great small to the midsized wedding venue.
The good thing about Newlands is that you have the option to have your wedding either in the main manor house its self or The Garden gazebo.
The manor house is well decorated throughout. Retaining many original features. large sash windows allowing lots of natural light to stream in, good for getting ready pictures.
Having a winter wedding then the house itself is very cosy and invitingly warm. So if you’re having a small intimate wedding you can use just the manor house.
Then there’s the option of the large marquee for the larger weddings.
Lots of little places to get good pictures, the long sweeping driveway. Manor house as a backdrop for you the newly married couple with your wedding car.
Walk around the grounds plenty of room for that large group shot with all family, friends and guests.
Maybe even a nice sunshot over the lakes.
Newlands is a very good venue, everything you could want from a decent wedding venue is here.
If it’s raining you can use the marquee for all group shots even the largest everybody shot can be done inside the marquee.
And to be honest as a wedding photographer who has filmed this venue many times there aren’t any negatives.
The food is very good, very attentive staff, nice well laid out grounds and has a decent-sized car park, many venues don’t even have that.
